Free Speech Is The Foundation Of Prosperity
Politically: All speech laws must be repealed to include hate speech laws. Speech includes all forms of communication including written, spoken, and thought. (The UK had a thing about thoughts recently).
Socially: It is important to hear ideas you disagree with. However, free speech is only protection from government punishment, not societal. People have every right to non-violently disagree with your ideas, colorfully.
Warning: Censorship advocates will use persecuted groups to censor. Hate protection laws are nefarious.
Caveats: I'm a stand-up comedian. Free speech is literally my career and my ability to provide for myself.
Call To Arms: If you are an American, you have free speech, protected by the Department of War. Use it. Speak your truth about the horrors of your home country. Use X. Use Facebook. Use every platform you have to use your speech to fight for those who cannot. You know the truth. The news doesn't, and I don't. Be the hero they need. Not all heroes wear capes.
We The People
Politically: The only reason the Federal Government exists, IE Congress, POTUS, and SCOTUS, is to protect the citizen from invaders.
Economically: All payments to foreign powers are unconstitional betrayals of the oath of office.
Policy: No more foreign interventions. Global draw dawn. Close Gitmo (just the prison). The enemy of my enemy is someone I haven't met yet, and I have no enemies.
Taxation Is Theft
Politically: The Income Tax must be repealed.
Socially: The income tax is killing the American spirit. It gives the government the right to arrest you for working productively. Second, the thousands of tax breaks in the tax code create a layer of complexity designed for future arrests and incarcerations while incentivizing immoral behavior.
Caveats: Don't forget the hidden tax of inflation and the cost of all regulations.
Power Corrupts
Politically: All money in politics should be transparent and heavily taxed.
Morally: The spirit of the donation tax is to tax meddling in the lives of citizens. You can see the spirit of the politician as currently political donations are a tax exemption. So, they've incentivized giving them your money, but declare it selfish to use your own money to acquire goods and services in your local community.
Callout: You know Bernie Sanders has no substance because in 2016, this was his #1 issue. Now, it's not even in his list. I would've voted for him in 2016.
Caveats: I know, I'm pro-tax here. It's a political oxymoron. SMH at myself. Meddling in the lives of citizens should be taxed. You can't hate politicians enough.
Criminalize Criminalizing People
Politically: Crimes should be egregious things like murder, rape, violence, and theft.
Morally: Removing everyone from society that you disagree with is insane.
Structurally: For profit prisons must be illegal. The state is removing someone from society. The state should handle it. It should also be very transparent to ensure inmate safety. IE public streams in common areas. I hope flash dance mobs will occur more often than public violence.
Training: All law enforcement officials need remedial communication training. First and foremost, calling all citizens and inmates sir/ma'am.
Incarceration: If incarceration must happen, make it beneficial to the inmate so they re-enter society long term. I have no idea how to accomplish this. I'd assume there are consultants. Food must be offered that is at least 1500 calories daily of locally-sourced non-processed food and offerings must include vegetarian options.
Capital Punishment: Just no. In any case. Ever.
Equipment: All baseline officers must be disarmed of any projectile weapons and undergo the aforementioned remedial communication training. Officers entering an encounter armed, armored, and enforcing 2 million laws; approach the citizen with bad spirit. This must change, and will take years. S.W.A.T. should be the lone exception, used for those special cases.
Racism:
Caveats: I love "The Princess Bride." In that movie, the villain tortures the hero by taking away a year of his life as the most evil thing he can do. Modern politicians inflict that same torture, or more, over non-violent facebook posts. Some states, if a police officer stops you on the street and asks for your ID, you can do 6 months in prison if you say no.
Gargoyles Exist (Snow Crash)
Politically: All capture of civilian data by the government, any government worker, or a peripheral contractor, is a violation of the 4th amendment. Full stop. All government software code must be publicly auditable and monitored by every watchdog agency possible.
Policy: No government funding of DoJ or domestic AI.
Personal: Edward Snowden is nerd Bowe Bergdahl. Julian Assange is the world's Walter Kronkite.
Caveat: It's pathetic that Silicon Valley bros make billions to deliver valueless trash. Glorify production, not sales. Look at the AI CEOs and their revenue sources. If the free market isn't buying their products, how're they billionaires?
Taxation Is Theft
Politically: Tariffs should be the only way the federal government is allowed to raise money.
Socially: Tariffs are the best way to tax. The government must exist to defend against foreign governments. Tariffs fund it, and should be used minimally.
Economically: The money raised in the tariff will cause an increase in the cost of goods associated with the tariff. This serves as a subsidy for and protection for domestic production.
Morally: The spirit of the tariff is to tax access to the citizen by foreign powers. By nature this is charging the foreign power, not the citizen. Any goods fully manufactured in America, would and should be 100% untaxed and unregulated. The citizen therefore ONLY pays a tax if he or she choose to access foreign goods and services. You can't hate politicians enough.
Modernization: We need a data tariff. The role of the government is to protect against foreign influence, yet our government has used our tax money to create a scam pipeline to the third world, instead of a barrier protecting us from it. Scammers globally have free access to every American who are expecting it to be a next door neighbor. We must bring back transaction based charges for international data connections. A data tariff must happen.
Shall Not Be Infringed
Politically: All gun laws are infringements, are unconstitutional, and must be repealed. The lawmakers who approved them should be jailed for the same duration as their law recommended. Criminalize criminalizing people.
Socially: Key to a well regulated militia, properly armed citizens deter tyranny.
Caveats: Government workers should not be allowed to carry guns. This includes law enforcement at all levels, and contractors. You can't hate politicians enough.

Socially: A Canadian bouncer I played DAOC with once said: I've never broken up a fight at the stoner bar, but it's an everyday thing at the bar bar.
Spiritually: Locking someone up for their pursuit of happiness is pure evil. Justifying it by saying they'd steal or murder because "drugs are bad, mmmkay" is equally evil. Minority Report is a great movie, and the concept is no different.
Caveats: Reagan is a prick. An age requirement for some drugs might be good. You can't hate politicians enough.
Close The Border Immediately
Politically: There are evil groups in the world. They are using The State Department to destroy America. End the H1B program. Deport every one of them. Close the border to all countries. Use the military to secure the border. Use the rest to complete the deportation.
H1B: The generation that went into debt to get skills for a career are now getting passed over or fired by immigrants who can't even speak to the business, scammed the immigration system, and can't deliver. Want to know why every website has more spyware and runs worse? H1B. End all H1B. It's an insult to a generation of Americans. Then have a locally grown cookie.
Economically: Immigrants are using the Federal Reserve backed banking system to take out loans NO RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS would ever make. This is the 2008 crash on steroids. At least that was backed by new houses. This is just importing retards. They are taking out loans, buying out American businesses and homes, and destroying the future for Americans all while using taxpayer funded benefits. When the crash hits, the money they gave you for the property will become valueless. America will be left with no money, and no property. Personally, I'm not working just to save money that has no future value. I'd rather go hike. Who Is John Galt? America has had its virtue stripped through tolerance.
Economically2: Let me restate that. Immigration officials, backed by our government, are using the fed to abuse the labor of every American in history (the current value of the dollar) including your life's work, to convince Americans to sell their life's work to someone who signed a piece of paper, fresh off the boat or even remotely. The generation that went into debt just to go to school, can't afford to challenge it. End the fed before America dies along with the beacon of freedom it once was.
Specifics: If deportation happens, which should be a last resort, we must ensure the individual isn't sent to the worst places on Earth. No one deserves that. In Criminal Justice reform see details on attempting to turn incarceration into a transformative moment to build on.
Morally: The Somalia Fraud scandal demonstrates that they are not here to assimilate. They are here to plunder.
Funding: Every deportation pays for itself in the saved entitlement payments and dodged societal destruction.
Caveats: Do NOT arrest migrants at the border. It is not criminal to not be up to date on every modern law in the world. It should be criminal to expect that from anyone. America should have its military meet immigrants at the border, provide them a durable goods kit that is manufactured wholly in America, and wish them on their way. Stockholm Syndrome Is Real
Politically: The government exists to protect the property of the citizen. The DoJ largely is created to mitigate these disputes.
Actuals: Modern IP law has been perverted to enable nefarious entities control over ideas. Just ask Elon Musk why he doesn't use certain IP entities designed for protection. I hear it's because as soon as you upload your specs, they gets stolen.
Dystopia: What is preventing an AI company from trademarking every three word combination? In 50 years, your children won't be able to start a company without using piglatin just to invent a word that isn't owned by a lawyer. If you end licensing fees for new businesses, this isn't a problem...

I do not know how this hasn't been challenged in court yet by a class action lawsuit. I'm fine with that being his company name. Precendent: There is only one USC. The University of South Carolina, founded in 1801. There is an immoral cesspool of filth known as the university of southern california which was founded in 1880. Only hollywood ethics would deem it prudent to create something with the same name (USC) as had been in existence 100 years earlier, claim rights over their name, then sue them. That is the shortage mentality. That is the spirit of the lawyer (see glossary). I know I have zero respect for southern cal, aka the university of spoiled children, as an educational institional. Politically: Currently student loan debt cannot be gotten rid of. As we head into likely skyrocketing interest rates, there's a generation about to be destroyed again. Unfortunately, the debt liability of a generation is an asset to the banks and politicians.
Religiously: Usury interest was seen as a sin throughout time. Then in 1913 The Federal Reserve was created after all its opponents were killed on the Titanic. Now we only have usury interest. End the fed.
Morally: It's amazing what happens when a generation gets indebted by their mentors so that said mentors can go on a cruise with a nicer view, only to find out the mentors were selling them the emperor's new clothes. (My degrees were worth it. I just hear that's not the case for a lot of people.)
Generationally: The generation that gets gigs not careers is expected to take on 50 year mortgages.
Already Cancelled: I was watching a smoking hot Australian streamer Berticuss. She discussed why she hasn't bought a home. She said how she wished her interest rates were as low as we get in the US. Sure, the US bankers are the best in the world... compared to... you know... the worst dictators in history or tyrannical communist regimes. Saying the US interest rates are good because they're better than Australia's interest rates, or that our monetary policy is good because we've devalued the dollar less than the United Kingdom has devalued its pound, is just being happy with a Gold medal in the special olympics.

Politically: I am against all subsidies. I am therefore against universal basic income in every way.
Morally: While America is on a FIAT currency (paper money) we should create a UBI for all US citizens ages 20-death at the salary of US Senators, Congresspeople, or POTUS, whichever is highest.

Constitutionally: All foreign businesses should be required to register, publicly post all earning statements, and any additional filings deemed necessary for the citizen to know the spirit of the vendor. Once publicly registered at a state department monitored site, they can then begin to sell on American websites, and interact with American merchants domestically. American entrepreneurs are free to pursue external vendors at their own risk. All American vendors are already regulated by local laws. Requiring Citizens to register their business is a violation of the 4th amendment.
Caveat: It's no longer worth it to do business in America. In Tennessee I have 3 fees I have to pay to the state, just to be allowed to operate. The total cost is $589.89. There will likely be a service charge when I pay that fee. It takes 82 hours at minimum wage to earn this not in, before taxes. That's just to tell them I've lost money and failed to achieve any of my dreams but plan to keep trying for another year. It doesn't boost my sales or add anything of value to my company. You can't hate politicians enough.

Medically: I wonder what the long term clinical studies of the impacts of the vaccine will reveal.

Scientifically: Gain of function research (the plot of Mission Impossible 2) should be illegal. And we can't use NGOs to launder money to that stuff either.

Personally: I got the Moderna Vax at the Charlotte VA. I think I caught COVID in March while in quarantine before getting Vaxxed. It felt like I'd smoked 2 packs of menthol cigarettes. Not that bad, and lasted a week. I regret getting vaxxed. A week after my 2nd dose I went for a run and got a really bad cramp in my right calf. It felt like when my brother used to shoot me with his bb gun. I had pinpoint discomfort for several years. I crashed for a week and got fired for not turning in my time card. Also, since it was a respiratory thing, I didn't smoke at all in 2020. I didn't even blaze on 4/20/2020. So anyone who calls me an addict can fuck right off.

We The People
Politically: Voting should be handled by the state, but voter ID should be required by the federal government for all ballots impacting federal elections. Only citizens may vote. Non-citizens may not hold any public office.
Technical: The federal government must require the software used by the state be open source and publicly viewable on Github/StackOverflow/Reddit and on each state/federal website.
Caveat: Digital voting and mail-in voting should be banned. Possible exception is deployed military, but even that is an acceptable forfeiture. It is an all volunteer force.

Science: Causation vs. Correlation is a scientific debate. The human experience is unknown. Human DNA is estimated to be between 3 billion, and infinite possible combinations the 4 DNA base pairs (T,G,A,C). Combine that nature with the infinite possible outcomes of a life lived fully, and let's just say there are a lot of variables in life. Some twatwaffle scientist will come in and perform a controlled study, make a grandiose conclusion that 1 variable caused X, and now everyone takes legalized meth from childbirth.
Business: There's a generation of people that went into student loan debt to get feel good degrees that're now selling themselves as therapists. There's also an incentive to label things. Elon Musk is "on the spectrum..." Wtf? Suddenly everyone is defending themselves against a made up word just so some asshat in acadamia can justify their PHD in flavors of liberal tears, which is a clinical study I might actually read.
Caveat: It's terrifying to think that with government control of the medical practice, and scientific research, the future of health will be in the hands of government scholars. If you combine government re-defining health based on its incentives with insurance requirements, incarceration, required medications, or required therapy/neuralink, the future is a dystopian nightmare. The movie Equilibrium is surprisingly poignant. Have you seen Wales' new health ambassador, aka Muslim Gorlock? Based on political memes, I think she can arrest any citizen in the UK who violates her health policy, without warrant or trial, and force them into her treatment plan.
We The People
Politically: The draft must be repealed. You cannot force someone to fight, especially not on foreign soil. If it is maintained, it must include women. You repeal it under the grounds of discrimination based on sex.
Caveat: It's terrifying to think that as long as we have a mutual defense agreement with NATO, that any dispute, combined with the draft, means every American son or daughter can be sent to die on foreign soul to defend the ego of every Eurpean oligarch.
Lawyers Are Demons
Politically: All native issues should be handled locally. The federal government has no business providing subsidies of any kind.
Historically: Native people are the best example of how lawyers use the military to conquer.
Educationally: Why do we teach this made-up thanksgiving bullshit but not the story of The Jamestown Massacre of 1622, which is real reason we all know who John Smith is, not because he banged Pocahontas.
Leadership: Joseph "Medicine" Crow is the last Warchief. If native tribes wish to recover, they need inspiration. We should redefine the meaning of the Warchief for the modern age to rebuild tribes as leaders for the future.
The current requirements to be a Warchief are as follows:
1: Lead a war party.
2: Touch a living enemy without killing him.
3: Disarm an enemy soldier.
4: Capture an enemy's horse.
I've achieved 2 of these.

Politically: The 13th Amendment is the only infringement on personal property that is good.
Legally: There are over 2 million laws on the books, and the sixteenth amendment, in addition to all taxes, are a form of servitude. The 13th amendment should be used to repeal all of these.
Disparities: I do think the small mathematical disparity in crime statistics between race can be attributed to the history of slavery and other persecutions. I also believe affirmative action is racist.
Historically: More white Europeans were sent to Africa as slaves than black Africans sent to the 13 American colonies. Likely the slaves sent elsewhere (to include the white slaves sent to Africa) didn't survive.
Spiritually: Any enslaver is probably bad. Any slave is probably oppressed.
Call To Arms: Who're you setting free today?
Irony: White Christian Males (No one else could vote back then, right? (darn patriarchy) went to war and ~620,000 mostly white men died to declare slavery as morally intolerable. Now, somehow straight white males are blamed for slavery, when we were the only ones who ended it, and everyone else seems to still practice it?
Reparations: All subsidies are Unconstitutional. One based on race, is extra Unconstitutional.
Irony: The initial white colonists were indentured servants, which was the British term for its bondage class. 90% died in the first 2 years. The first black slaves survived due to malaria resistance. Most were exports, regardless of race. Who owned the boats? The importing of slaves ended, but through poor education, the slaves have cast off freedom and returned to enslavement. Given Africa was conquered by Islam and its culture subsequently destroyed, African Americans had more reason to fight GWoT than any other American.
Caveats: I grew up white in the south. I always played the Union in my Civil War games though. Slavery just seemed wrong. The Union seemed like the good guys, although the fighters of the South did seem badass. I bet they were just soldiers, alive at a tough time.

Religiously: May God have mercy on us for what we did.

Geographically: The Muslim world is between Israel and India.
Islam: Obviously I never met Muhammed. Most people are misundstood in their time. I imagine he's very misunderstood 1500 years later. I also imagine there have been groups with incentives to discredit the religion. Just like Christianity, there are groups that follow the wrong teachings, and groups that follow the right ones.
Personally: One of the scariest moments of my life involved seeing an Iraqi kid running into the street after a soccer ball. Nothing happened, just me panicking in my head. But to me that was every possible horror. To that kid, it was every day of his life. I always wonder if that kid survived the next 20 years.

Politically: Women deserve equal rights. No special treatment.
Biologically: Women are XX. Men are XY. Other people may exist across billions of humans. Are we fully evolved already? I think not, sir.
Caveats: Just to talk shit about science and math. Anyone who says society has gotten worse, can then just say that it's an obvious correlation with the rise of women's rights. Caveats: I think they should be 18 to do it, but idk. No one understands this life. Don't pretend you do.
America Has Many Monuments.
Politically: LGBTQ people deserve equal rights. All protections and grants should be repealed.
Nationally: Pride has been perverted. Pride shouldn't be, proud that you fuck whoever it is you're fucking. Pride should be proud that America protects you so that you can fuck whover it is you're fucking. I just want to see 1 American flag for every pride flag in the next pride parade. The achivements of the LGBTQ community should be seen as an monument of American excellence, and Americans should be proud of that contribution. Many cultures kill their gays. Americans let ours suffer just as miserably as the rest of us.
Marriage: Marriage licensing is unconstitutional. It's another way for someone with no connection to your family to try to rule your family. You can't hate politicians enough.
Medically: I hear some communities have health issues, but that with proper procedures, overcome. My gay homies douche/enema. It's gross. It was TMI. I didn't ask for a deep dive. There are lots of LGBTQ people who have lived long healthy lives.
Caveats: Many evil groups will hide their evil within persecuted groups. Any vague "+" is dangerous. An inversion of this is that many evil groups will also hide themselves by convincing you to take action against someone whom they perceive as deserving of condemnation. Suddenly you hate someone who has no impact on you.
You can't hate politicians enough. Listen to MLK. Be non-violent, but modernize and record everything.
PS: I'm not racist. I am a veteran. My best roommate ever was a 250LB big ol' black NCO at Camp Sather. Values matter over race. However, oftentimes, people from your same home area have the same values, hence the ease of race being the variable to blame for those dissimilar to yourself.
